La Cooperativa Sociale Percorsi VILLA ANNAMARIA, nasce con l’obiettivo di accrescere la propria esperienza lavorativa nella gestione di centri polifunzionali diurni per minori e assistenza territoriale per disabili e anziani. LE AREE​

Il servizio residenziale è rivolto a persone ultrasessantacinquenni autonome e semiautonome che non necessitano di assistenza sanitaria continua. Il Gruppo Appartamento si propone di essere di supporto nell’espletamento delle funzioni delle attività quotidiane diurne e notturne.

I Gruppi appartamento Iris e Rosa saranno rivolti a persone con disabilità mentali lievi. Si propongono di svolgere attività finalizzate al raggiungimento della autonomia dell’utente e ad un inserimento definitivo nelle loro famiglie.

Il centro polifunzionale che accoglierà minori di seconda infanzia (6/17 anni), si propone di offrire un supporto alle famiglie per un minimo di 4 ore fino ad un massimo di 6 ore giornaliere dalle 0re 9.00 alle ore 15.00.

L'Équipe

A seconda della situazione possono essere definite diverse modalità di ingresso, anche graduali, al fine di favorire la massima integrazione dell’Ospite all’interno della struttura. Nella prima fase di permanenza (della durata di circa un mese) l’equipe osserva attentamente i comportamenti e le esigenze dell’ospite, compilando apposite griglie. Verifica il graduale inserimento, analizza i principali bisogni espressi dall’ospite, fissando i primi obiettivi di intervento.
